Our Story

Years ago, the founder built this company with the belief in the importance of innovation and doing right by you, the customer.

With over three decades of industry experience within the construction and framing industry, we have taken this foundation and are proud of the legacy that we have built. A legacy that is the culmination of years of experience completing precision-crafted work, in an efficient manner.

This has never led us to be complacent, or standstill. We have challenged the industry and push our team to not only create the innovations that will lead the future of community development, but will continue to breakthrough industry norms to deliver on our promise to our customers and our belief systems formed through traditions for generations to come.

In 2016 we made the decision to shift traditional construction practices to focus on the panelization of floor and wall assemblies. This was a major shift for our company but in an industry that is constantly shifting, there is no room for us to rest on our laurels.

MANUFACTURING

Construction waste is significantly reduced by using prefabricated wall systems with the highest industry rating of limited errors and precision to guarantee the durability and quality of the end result.

Our 100 000 sq. foot factory in Welland, ONT powers our promise to you, the customer. Housing our automated cutting system, cranes, machines and materials to limit the impact of supply shortages and minimize error.

DELIVERY / SHIPPING

Our local manufacturing facilities provide the perfect base for Ontario-wide distribution and accessibility into the rest of Canada and USA.

Organized, and protected delivery precautions are part of our process. We take our schedules and delivery seriously, ensuring your the panelized systems for your project is where it needs to be, when it needs to be there, maintaining our assurance to keep the project on time and within budget.

INSTALLING

Our attention the previous four phases of our process is what delivers a seamless installation process, our point of difference compared to our competitors.

We are the only paneling company that installs completed and ready for placement, prefabricated wall systems typically use less wood products and is manufactured in sync with framing with marginally lower error compared to competitors.
